I swear by injectd3 , its the only way that I play D3 now ... the most important thing for me was the FOV adjustment

I started playing D3 on my widescreen monitor and i felt so nauseated, i didnt know why until i turned on the cockpit view - the fov was super zoomed in and most of the upper and lower parts of your view was cut off... increasing the fov made the game feel more natural, as well as making it harder for enemies to slip past you
